Showcasing the heart of the business.
During our extensive pre-production process for this project, it became obvious the heart of High Country Tree Service was founder John Wayne Hardison. His friendly, gracious and accommodating manner make people want to work with him and his company. Once we realized his role, the production of the video became significantly easier.
Clients were more than willing to step up and offer testimonials about working with HCTS. Many of them spoke about his professionalism and knowledge of the industry. As a certified arborist, he’ll evaluate the health of a tree before suggesting to just cut it down. He runs a tight operation that demands attention at every turn. No stone is left unturned and no detail is left unnoticed. John Wayne makes sure that each client, whether a homeowner, business owner or civil servant, walks away completely satisfied and ready to be a repeat customer.
We wanted to make sure the videos we produced lived up to and accurately portrayed John Wayne and his business. Essentially, we wanted people to walk away knowing that if you hire High Country Tree Service, you will not regret it for one minute. Taking the time to learn about him helped us to understand what his brand story was and why his business has grown so much.
Search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing prefer rich content like video so those searching for tree care services in the WNC area will be able to find the video on searches. This video currently resides on the homepage of their website and in the About section.
Part of the pre-production process involved defining the brand message of High Country Tree Service. Identifying your unique brand story can help connect your audience to your brand and allow you to stand out from the crowd.
