Event Video Production
Good Video vs. Great Video
High-end, Quality Equipment
- Cameras: Our Canon C100s are a great performer in extreme low-light environments like conference rooms. Its industry-leading auto-focus allows us to follow speakers that like to move around a room. It produces extremely accurate and pleasing skin-tones.
- Lenses: Our Canon L-Series lens zooms up to 400 mm, which allows us to stay in the back of the room or auditorium and not interfere in the event.
- Audio: We offer a variety of quality, reliable audio solutions. We also collaborate with independent sound engineers.
- Editing: We provide simple and fast editing solutions for a variety of distribution platforms and methods.

Startup Grind – Asheville
The Startup Grind monthly meetings are hosted in Asheville in a fireside chat format. We used a 1 camera set up with a wireless lapel microphone on each of the speakers. We also provided event photography to help the organizers with marketing and promotion.
Warren Wilson College 2015 Commencement
Great sound is extremely important to producing a high-quality video. In this case, our team was able to plug into the soundboard and set up our cameras in the back, out of the way of the large crowds and processionals. By plugging into the soundboard, we were able to get great audio without all the ambient sounds that can make it hard to hear the speakers. Try watching these clips in full screen mode and set the video to “HD” to appreciate the sharpness and color accuracy. Listen to the sound for clarity.
Member Care Conference
This client was concerned about staff and equipment interfering in the conference, but we were able to stay in the back of the room and out of the way and still produce a high quality product. We were also able to plug into their soundboard, allowing us to capture great sound. We used a 400mm lens to compose tight shots and a second camera for wider shots. Editing the 2 cameras together created a more professional looking and enjoyable video to watch. Try watching these clips in full screen mode and set the video to “HD” to appreciate the sharpness and color accuracy. Listen to the sound for clarity.
